The European Federation for Medicinal Chemistry (EFMC) is an independent association representing medicinal chemistry societies in Europe. Its objective is to advance the science of medicinal chemistry by promoting cooperation and networking, by providing training and mentoring, by rewarding scientific excellence, and by facilitating communication and influencing stakeholders.

  • 18th Meeting of the Spanish Society of Medicinal Chemistry: “New Perspectives in Drug Discovery”

    January 23-26, 2018   Salamanca, Spain

    The Spanish Society of Medicinal Chemistry (SEQT), member of the European Federation for Medicinal Chemistry (EFMC), welcomes you to the 18th meeting “New perspectives in drug discovery”, to be held in Salamanca on January 23-26, 2018.

    This meeting is one of the many events programed to celebrate the 800 years of the University of Salamanca, the oldest university in Spain, founded in 1218. The organizing committee is honoured to warmly invite SEQT members to such an important celebration for our Studii Salamantini and our friendly city of Salamanca, which was declared UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1988.

    The scientific program will include both plenary and invited lectures, as well as short oral communications and flash poster presentations, covering different aspects of drug discovery and development.
